Investment Opportunities
NanoCapNation is seeking to develop financing which is centred on a qualified and screened database of 1000 accredited investors (angels and institutions) and 1000 non-accredited investors.
Within the accredited investors, there will be a core group of 300 investors designated as “One in a Million”. These 300 investors will be given an exclusive preview of any transactions deemed to be suitable for them.
If a One in a Million investor elects not to participate on two successive
occasions, then that investor will be replaced by one of the other 700 members
of the group who is waiting to make it onto the list. Members of the One in a
Million
group will be ranked according to their previous investment activity. For
smaller transactions, priority will be given to those investors with the highest
rankings.
Initially, we will be looking for acquisitions that require less than $2 million
in total for the down-payment to the seller in cash, the funds required to solve
any pre-determined problems and to fund the acquisition on its road to
profitability or increased sales.
This figure is based upon the assumption that with a group of 300 First Look
investors, who are presented an investment opportunity with outstanding
financial returns, that at least 200 of these individuals will be willing to
invest an average of $10,000 each. This will create a total investment pool of
$2 million, in any one acquisition transaction.
The remaining 700 investors will serve as a backstop or will provide a secondary
source of funds if more than the $2 million is required. All NanoCapNation
investors will be invited to participate in any registered offerings. (Initial
Public Offerings, Direct Public Offerings, or Secondary Offerings)
In order to accomplish our funding objectives, we have not only established the
NanoCapNation.com website but also NanoCapWorld.com (for offshore non-U.S.
investors).
We also have two other websites: LikemindedInvestor.com and BoomerInvestor.com
which we will use to attract investors at a future date.
NanoCapWorld.com
Through the NanoCapWorld.com website, we intend to aggressively pursue relationships with investors based in foreign countries who wish to make investments in the United States. Like in NanoCapNation.com, the goal is to have investors capable of investing between $5,000 and $50,000 per investment.
