NanoCapNation is part of Capital First Management Inc., an investment and money management company, which is searching for investors that fit the Nanocap profile for investment ($50 million and under market cap).

Capital First, through its President, John Ayling, has managed money using a large cap value style for over 25 years. It has averaged over 17% a year return versus about a 10.5% return for the S&P 500. This has been accomplished using a Beta (volatility gauge) of under 1.

Mr Ayling believes the same valuation filters that he uses to gauge value for his money management business can also be applied to the Nanocap investing arena.

Capital First also has several affiliated experienced professionals who can manage successful companies. They have experience in Marketing and Sales, Customer Relations, Administration, Operations, Human Resources and Senior Management.
